Larkin is simply amazing and I am thankful for the time I have worked with her. One thing I am working on being better at is communicating. articulating a purpose, an ask, concerns, etc... and I can't think of a better person than Larkin to emulate. She is always methodical with her approach in everything she does while also giving peers a platform to be heard. While my time working w Larkin has been limited, I wanted her to know the positive impact she has had on me, and I look forward to working with her on future projects.

Larkin has been instrumental in aligning SDR processes with BD goals. She has spent the time and effort to understand the data behind what successful practices look like, and implement them within our team. She is also able to effectively communicate those practices with other business units that work with the SDR team. Larkin encourages her team to take advantage of growth opportunities, whether that is attending trainings or leveraging resources available through hubquarters/practitioner programs. Additionally, Larkin proactively meets with her team on a regular basis to discuss what is/isn't working and best practices to leverage.

I have personally witness to power and production of a unified, well trained, fully enabled sales team. People, process and technology is absolutely a true framework to live by and leverage. Does your sales team wake up in the morning and know what their day is going to look like? Do they have an intuitive and usable technology stack that empowers them to know who to call, when to call and where they stand in meeting their goals on a daily basis?
I have turned 4 slumping, confused and inefficient inside sales teams around by leveraging technology, developing repeatable process' and providing personal coaching and team training and I enjoy every minute of it!
I have introduced sales productivity tools like Outreach.io, implemented LinkedIn Sales Navigator into large organizations that needed significant change management and training programs, and have walked 3 companies through massive infrastructure builds within their CRM platforms and 1 company through changing CRM's all together. Because of this I have good knowledge of back-end integrations and work very well with IT departments and engineering.
My favorite tool is Outreach.io to empower and engage sales teams. The intuitive, consistent and data driven way that the platform works enabled our sales teams to stop the administrative work and focus on sales relationships and leverage automation so that they could be in 100 places at once! Who knew you could do that?
